County Judge Executive
Scott Bates brings years of local government experience to his role as Henry County Judge/Executive. A former county magistrate, he became Judge/Executive in 2023, continuing his public service with a broader responsibility for the county’s communities, services, and future.

Leads Trimble County's public sector representation, with focus on utility expansion, Ohio River asset development, and small business growth.

David Wilhoite
County Judge Executive
David Wilhoite serves as Carroll County Judge/Executive, elected in 2023. He oversees county governance from Carrollton and represents Carroll County's interests in regional economic development along the I-71 corridor.

Todd Woodyard
County Judge Executive
Todd Woodyard has served as Owen County Judge/Executive since 2023. His community involvement includes service on the Three Rivers District Health Department’s board and support for Owenton’s Build-Ready industrial site, connecting public health and economic opportunity with the county’s future.

David Voegele
County Judge Executive
David Voegele has called Oldham County home since 1976 and has served as Judge/Executive since 2011. A University of Minnesota graduate, he came to Kentucky as a WAVE-TV anchorman before spending 30 years in financial services. His community involvement includes serving as a magistrate and president of the La Grange Rotary Club.
